I’m doing a little cross pollination by promoting a work activity on my more personal public blog. However, I think my readers in my beloved D.C. – specifically in my Ward 7 community – can benefit from this information.
This Thursday, Councilmember Yvette M. Alexander, along with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine will host a FREE diabetes class. One of the key lessons attendees will learn is how to avoid complications from diabetes and reducing or eliminating the need for medications. Details are in the flyer below.
